As an ancillary discipline to support our main practice areas, we handle all relevant aspects of IP work including registration, protection from infringement, licensing, technology sourcing, distribution agreements, privacy & data protection, etc.
Labor & Employment:
We advise on general employment laws, regulations and compliance, including but not limited to, employment, consultancy and service agreements, policies and manuals of conduct, terminations and transfers of employees and taxation relating to foreign employees.
Immigration:
We provide full range services for obtaining all types of visas, work permit, residency and citizenship matters.
Thai Police Issues:
Throughout our close contacts and network with local authorities and key personnel we strive to amicably resolve police matters for our clients prior to the commencement of investigative, criminal charges and/or litigation proceedings.
Notarial & Legalisation Services:
We provide notarial services via our associated offices for the legalisation of documents to be submitted and accepted by local authorities, including but not limited to, authenticity verification of signatures, certification of parties identity, administration of oaths and affirmations, certification of documents, etc. and we are well versed in the process of doing so.
